My name is Yemi; I’m an occasional writer and full time student of life. I’ve always been curious about how things work (the dismantled remains of my childhood toys bear witness) Of all the things that fascinate me, I’m probably most intrigued by the human condition… All the things that make us the miraculous creation we are. Our hopes and fears, triumphs and failures… and all the muddled bits in between; We are simply a beautifully complicated species. Despite all the negativity in the world, we constantly demonstrate our uncanny ability to produce stunning moments of brilliance against backdrops of the darkest and most difficult circumstances… Quite frankly, in spite of a penchant for self inflicted harm… Humanity is actually pretty amazing!
